1. General Overview & Agreement

This website is operated by Aarathana Noolvanam. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Aarathana Noolvanam. By accessing our platform, browsing our artisanal collection, or purchasing an item, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Artisanal Handloom Nature & Variations

Aarathana Noolvanam specializes exclusively in authentic handwoven and handcrafted textiles. By acquiring a handloom piece, you acknowledge and celebrate the organic hallmarks of human craftsmanship:

• Subtle irregularities in yarn thickness, slubs, and texture are natural proofs of hand-spinning and pit-loom operation, not mechanical flaws.
• Hand block printed and hand-painted Kalamkari textiles use organic vegetable dyes which may exhibit natural tonal gradients and minor dye bleeds.
• While we calibrate our atelier photography to represent colors authentically, subtle hue variations may occur depending on your device's display temperature and ambient lighting.

3. Pricing, GST & Invoicing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian textile HSN codes (HSN 5208 / 5007). Official GST Tax Invoices are generated digitally for every confirmed order and accessible through your Patron Account or tracking page.

4. Orders, Fulfillment & Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order if unforeseen circumstances arise—such as unexpected fabric damage during final atelier quality inspection or carrier unavailability in remote postal codes. In such rare instances, the patron will be notified immediately and issued a 100% full refund.

Patrons may cancel an order before dispatch by using the self-service button in their account or contacting support. Once an order is with the express courier, our standard Return Guidelines apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including craft research essays, brand photography, logos, graphics, and software scripts—is the exclusive intellectual property of Aarathana Noolvanam and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aarathana Noolvanam shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper textile care (such as domestic machine washing of pure silk or chemical exposure) that violates our published Care Guide.
